The University of Nottingham School of Life Sciences invites postdoctoral researchers interested in applying to the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA PF) 2021 call under the Horizon Europe programme to get in touch (please email sara.sleigh@nottingham.ac.uk). Where we identify a good fit between a potential candidate and a supervisor, we will offer expert support for preparation of the proposal.

The School of Life Sciences is the main focus for biological and biomedical research at the University. More than 100 supervisors in the School deliver research across 3 broad divisions:

·         Cells, Organisms and Molecular Genetics

·         Infections, immunity and Microbes

·         Physiology, Pharmacology and Neuroscience

Each division promotes individual excellence, fosters team science and multidisciplinary activity, and encourages international collaboration in the pursuit of world changing research. Please visit our website for further information.

MSCA PFs require international mobility; applicants can be of any nationality but should be moving to Nottingham from outside the UK to take up the fellowship. Project duration can be 12 – 24 months and will be focused on “training through research”. More information on these awards, which are excellent for career development, is available here.
