Athena SWAN Bronze Award

We are delighted to announce that our application for the Athena SWAN Bronze award renewal was successful.

This is excellent news!

The Athena SWAN Charter was established in 2005 to encourage and recognise commitment to advancing the careers of women in science, technology, engineering, maths and medicine (STEMM) employment in higher education and research.

Thanks very much indeed to Susanne Pumpluen for her superb work in chairing the Athena SWAN group, and for ensuring that we had everything in place for success. Also, thanks to all the group for their excellent work: Andrea Blackbourn, Steve Coombes, Elizabeth Davey, Reuben O'Dea, Ivette Fuentes, Lisa Glaser, Huiling Le, Lisa Mott, Dan Nicks and Alison Thorp.

Congratulations!
