Nomination and Selection Process

Nominations for the Professional Services Awards will be open during 26 June – 23 July 2023. Individuals will have the choice of submitting their nominations digitally via the event website, using a physical form (to be distributed by the end of June) or by submitting a video/audio clip. Finalists will be chosen by a panel including the Professional Services Executive Group and announced at the celebratory event on 2 October 2023.

The nomination and selection process is as follows:

  • The deadline for nominations is 5pm on Sunday 23 July 2023
  • All nominations will be team-based to reflect the extraordinary collective efforts that we have all witnessed during the last year
  • Size and scale of activity is not a primary factor - all submissions are welcome
  • Activities on which nominations are based should have taken place during 24 April 2022 – 23 July 2023
  • There is a guide for written nominations of circa 300 words and audio/video entries of 2 minutes in duration. All nominations must include full details of the nominated team (proposed size/recipients)
  • Nominations will be reviewed by a Selection Panel which will include members of the Professional Services Executive Group (Paul Greatrix, David Hill, Jaspal Kaur, Margaret Monckton)
  • For those nominees selected to attend the event at the East Midlands Conference Centre on 2 October 2023, invitations will be shared by mid-late August
  • Award winners will be announced at the event on 2 October 2023 and published afterwards to wider Professional Services teams
  • Award winners may be requested to attend a video interview prior to the award ceremony and be asked to feature in event photographs
