Sensory Illusions for Spatial Understanding in Virtual Environments

New EPSRC project started December 2015 – sensory illusions for spatial understanding in virtual environments

A new Human Factors Research Group (HFRG) project started in December 2015.  This project is funded by EPSRC (EP/N00549X/1) and will research the use of easy to wear, vibrating devices for improving engineers’ understanding of 3D spaces in virtual environments.  Collaborators include Jaguar Land Rover, Holovis, Virginia Tech, MTC, ENSAM and Bauhaus University Weimar.
