Services available at the University Park Student Services Centre include:

Academic and Study Support

Academic Support provide a personal and practical approach to academic study. The service also provides specialist academic support for students with dyslexia, dyspraxia and other specific learning difficulties.

Disability Support

Disability Support co-ordinates support and access arrangements for disabled students and those with long term medical conditions.

Financial Support

Information and advice on student funding, loans, grants and hardship funds.

Drop-ins every day from 9:30am-4:30pm, no need to book an appointment just turn up at reception.

International Support

The Support Services Team in the International Office is here to help and advise international students at Nottingham on issues such as immigration, employment, finance, personal / family concerns, and academic difficulties.

Appointments are available every afternoon Monday-Thursday. To book an appointment, please contact the Student Services Centre Reception on 0115 95 13710.

IT Support

IT support is available at the University Park Student Services Centre during term time. Here at the SSC, we can help with:

  • Username and password issues
  • Simple laptop troubleshooting
  • Wireless internet problems
  • Registration problems
  • Printing problems
