SPC officials opened the first phase of its Natural Habitat Park and Environmental Center on Aug. 31 with a crowd of about 200 on hand who were not fazed by the morning heat.

Scaling Galileo's Solar System - Size of the Globes
In this activity students determine the sizes of the various planets in the solar system, scaled such that the orbit of Saturn fits on campus.
