This activity focuses on the personal hygiene and dress
standards that should practiced by health industry workers. The activity examines
the dress requirements for different situations using a fictitious organisational
policies and procedure manual as reference. Personal hygiene standards are examined.
The risk of cross infection due to poor personal hygiene is investigated. Standard
hand washing procedure is described and opportunities for practice are provided
using an online interaction. The

Round off numbers

Roll a cylinder
Rolling machines are used to roll materials such as sheet, plate or flat bar into a cylindrical shape. They can handle material from the lightest of sheet metal to plates over 50mm thick.
