A Jamaican dairy farmer says he hasn't sold any milk for more than a year, due to the cheaper imported milk powder.
Oral Rayson is one of the last dairy farmers in Jamaica. Many of his fellow farmers sold their cows to sustain their lives and their families. But Rayson isn't doing that much better. He has about 45 cows, which he is gradually selling to supply food and necessities for his family.
Jamaica's dairy industry was quite prosperous in the late 1980s. But the industry today cannot com
