Letters Concerning the Release of Henry McLaughlin, Prisoner of War on Johnson Island, 1865
These letters show how Susan Brown was able to secure the release of her brother, Henry McLaughlin, from prison at Johnson Island near Sandusky, Ohio. Susan receives a letter from E. A.
