An Introduction to Hydroponic Gardening
Watch this video to visit the Window Farms Project in New York City.  A student interviews a representative from the project and learns all about hydroponic gardening.  This method involves growing plants by providing all necessary nutrition to the plants through the water supply and allows more food to be grown in smaller areas.  This is beneficial in areas where space, soil, and water are in short supply.  ( 5:09)
