In this video, I discuss choosing a microphone for your podcast. You can start with a logitec headset which is about $30 and has noise cancellation. You can use your build in mike on your laptop.
Podcasting 101
Anyone with a computer, a microphone and an internet connection can create a podcast. If you are using a Mac you have podcasting built right into your computer in garage band. You need a way to edit your podcast. Next you need a way to post your podcast. Create an RSS feed so people can subscribe to your podcast.
