Open house -- The Nottingham HOUSE at Solar Decathlon Europe 2010
The Nottingham University team are now in Madrid building the house for the competition which opens on 18 June 2010. The very first Solar Decathlon Europe 2010 kicks off with students from the Department of the Built Environment flying the flag for the UK. Before they left Nottingham, they held an open house with a twist, in the shape of Michelin star chef Sat Bains, their Executive Chef, who has advised on the menu for their sustainable dinner party.
