Kenneth Feinberg '67, an esteemed attorney known for achieving comprehensive settlements in high-profile liability cases and for victims of large-scale disasters, has donated his papers and related materials to the UMass Amherst Libraries. The Feinberg Collection covers four decades, including his current oversight of compensation to victims of the BP oil spill and tenure as special master for the Sept. 11 Victims Compensation Fund.
