Biography

Ayoola is a Sir Francis Hill Scholar and doctoral researcher in the School of Education at the University of Nottingham. Her research explores teachers' collaborative practice in the Nigerian context. Alongside her PhD, she serves as a Public Engagement Ambassador with the Institute of Policy, contributing to initiatives such as Science in the Park and the Sustainable Growth Assembly to promote inclusive, research-informed dialogue. Before her doctoral studies, she worked as a teacher and youth development practitioner, designing and facilitating programmes and youth leadership initiatives that empower both teachers and young people to thrive and create meaningful change.
