Esther Fulton

Biography
Esther is an experienced primary school teacher who worked in schools for over twenty years before completing her masters in Special and Inclusive Education in 2015. Since then she has been working as a teacher educator at the University of Nottingham. As a teacher, Esther took on responsibility for developing the creative curriculum and enhancing drama within the classroom. She was also keen to promote PE and healthy living throughout all year groups. She is interested in promoting creativity within the classroom and supporting beginning teachers to be creative where certain school boundaries may restrict them.
Esther is also interested in teacher identity and supporting beginning teachers on school-based programmes to support their own well-being and resilience.
Teaching Summary
Esther is currently the course leader for Primary PGCE and the admissions tutor.
