LAW Assistant Professor,
Panpan Sun received her PhD in Law from Warwick Law School in 2025. She is interested in how legal and regulatory frameworks shape corporate behaviour, market structure, and access to finance, and how these frameworks respond to the challenges of risk, accountability, and investor protection in modern capital markets. Her work adopts comparative and socio-legal perspectives and engages with wider debates on regulatory design, the role of market intermediaries, and the governance of financial markets.
