Schedule of processes 17/18

To view the schedule of processes calendar, you can open it from Outlook, in the same way as opening any other shared calendar.

1. Open Outlook
2. Go to the Calendar
3. Right Click on My Calendars
4. Click on Add Calendar
5. Click on Open Shared Calendar
6. Click on Name
7. Find the Calendar using the name BR-SS-Schedule

The Calendar will now be showing in your My Calendars section of Outlook
