Description

Imaginative Corporate Solutions in Treasury Management, Risk Management and Corporate Finance

Nottingham University Business School invites you to hear special guest speaker: Mark van Ommen, Principal - Zanders

Mark and his team offer corporate solutions in the area of treasury management, risk management and corporate finance. These activities can have a major impact on operational cash flows, capital structure and the weighted average cost of capital (WACC). The WACC is recognised as one of the most critical parameters in strategic decision making. Presently hedge fund managers and their private equity counterparts are buying and selling companies making huge profits for themselves. Optimising treasury policy in the aforementioned areas makes firms less vulnerable and can maximise shareholder.

Mark will give an insight into what is important in this field today. The presentation will highlight financial strategies for optimising shareholder value based on several years of consultancy experience. Mark will also explain what a day in the life of a consultant at Zanders looks like.
