Katie currently works for Caterpillar as a senior operations manager.
She has worked in the manufacturing sector for over 12 years, covering pharma, materials and construction products.

Sarah Holden completed her undergraduate and masters in psychology followed by a PhD in Visual Neuroscience.
She talks about the transferable skills she gained during her studies and how these set her up for a successful career solving complex problems in science and technology.
Sarah has worked as a software developer, data scientist, business analyst and project manager across a variety of industries and sizes of organisations.
Dr Kristen Horner is a Senior Policy Officer for Music Education at Arts Council England, and soon-to-be Impact and Evaluation Officer at the University of the Arts London’s Awarding Body.
Kristen completed her PhD at the University of Nottingham (2019–2023) through a Collaborative Doctoral Award with Midland4Cities, exploring how music education policy is understood and implemented at ground level.
