Our Graduate Engineering & Maintenance Programme will see you initially spending three weeks on our robust induction course, where you will be exposed to the heart of our business, develop your understanding of our culture and values and participate in vital training, networking, and business challenges.

We aim to create the next generation of easyJet finance leaders through an accelerated three year programme designed to give graduates unique exposure to a range of Finance functions and disciplines while studying towards an accountancy qualification. Working within a collaborative, inclusive and dynamic Finance team, graduates are able to thrive and grow their careers while making a real impact and contributing to easyJet’s success from day one.

We are looking for creative, engaged and ambitious Graduate engineers to join us in Autumn 2025.

On the programme you’ll initially spend four weeks on our robust induction where you will be exposed to the heart of our business, develop your understanding of our culture and values and participate in key learning, networking, and business challenges. You’ll then take your place on the first of your four 6 month placements, that we call sectors where you have a choice of one of the functions within the sector

As the first port of call in our college-based summer offices, the Office & Ops Coordinator will fulfil essential administration tasks to support the smooth running of the summer school.

The resident Program Director will work alongside the senior team to ensure the safe, successful and smooth running of the summer programs.
