Professor Nick Besley
It is with deep sorrow that we have to inform you that Professor Nick Besley passed away on Sunday 27th June.
Nick worked within the School of Chemistry at the University for 21 years.
Nick's funeral will take place on Monday 12th July 2021 at Bramcote Crematorium, Serenity Chapel NG9 3GJ at 3:15 pm. The service will be followed by refreshments at Senate Chambers, Trent Building, University of Nottingham 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
There is a limit (60 people) on the total number who can attend, due to covid restrictions.
If you would like to attend, please email Helen Shipman (helen.shipman@nottingham.ac.uk) by Friday 9th July 3:00 pm. In consultation with Nick’s family, we will then finalise the attendance and send confirmation email messages.
