We announce with a heavy heart that our current Head of School, Prof. Uwe Aickelin will be leaving us to take up a role as Vice Provost of Teaching and Learning at our campus in Ningbo, China.
The silver lining of course, is that one of our long standing academics and current Director of Teaching, Prof. Jon Garibaldi will take the reins from Uwe.
The current Head of School and Director of Teaching work together closely in the School and are also both part of the IMA research group; perhaps Jon's appointment was #meanttobe!
Congratulations to both Jon and Uwe.
