ORAL presentation
Talk duration is 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions/discussion from/with the audience after the presentation. A computer running under Windows operating system will be made available for speakers. Use of own laptops should be avoided in order to reduce lost time when moving from one speaker to the next one.
Presentations should be uploaded onto the conference computer (preferred) before the session. Speakers are asked to introduce themselves to the session chair during the break preceding their session.
POSTER presentation
Posters should be printed in A0 format (l×h: 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm). Poster boards will be numbered. Please, refer to your poster number as in the program for board assignment. Posters should be installed in the morning of the event. Materials for fixing posters to the boards will be provided by the organizers.
Best oral and poster prize
A prize for best oral presentation and best poster presentation will be awarded on the day of the conference.
