Arranging an appointment is a two step process:
First - complete a registration form (see links below)
If you have not completed the form, you will be directed to do so before an appointment will be made.
We will ring you from a withheld number to make the appointment
At present your initial session will be conducted over the telephone, MS Teams and/or video as we gradually return to seeing some clients face-to-face.
Your support session will last 30 minutes. The time will be used to discuss your situation in more depth to help you gain a clearer understanding of what has been happening and to think about some strategies that might help.
You may also be interested in taking part in one of our workshops.
If this is an emergency situation please contact your GP or other providers.
We’re here to support you at times of emotional, psychological or mental health difficulties. All our counsellors are committed to practising counselling in ways that are inclusive, accessible and affirming to students from all backgrounds, cultures, ethnicity, beliefs, sexualities, abilities, gender identities and socio-economies. The Service promotes and enhances inclusivity through ongoing training commitments.
