CRISPI Announce New Future of Ideologies Speaker Series

The Centre for Research into Ideas and the Study of Political Ideologies (CRISPI) is delighted to announce the return of the Future of Ideologies speaker series, 

The series will be hosted every Wednesday, starting from 29 March, 5-6.30pm (UK time). Please see the schedule of events:

  • 19 April: Juliette Faure (Science Po Paris) -  ‘Russian reactionary modernism: Re-enchanting modernity through the spiritualisation of technology'
  • 26 April: Stefan Pedersen (University of Sussex) - 'Planetarism Ascendant: Earth System Cosmology and the Future Planetary Ideology’'
  • 3 May: Mathew Humphrey, (University of Nottingham) - ‘Studying Ideology at the Micro-level: MOOC Users and Riders’ Rights Activists’
  • 10 May: Udit Bhatia (University of York) - ‘The Pedagogical Account of Parliamentarism at India's Founding’
  • 17 May: Blake Ewing (University of Oxford) - ‘The Politics of Time in the Anthropocene’
  • 24 May: Eunice Goes (Richmond American University London) - ‘Ideas and Party Change: The Role of Predistribution in the Labour Party's Ideological Renewal’
