If you are eligible to graduate this winter, you will receive an email invitation on Tuesday 24 October, with all the information you need to register.

Whether you plan to attend your ceremony or not, you must register. This way you can let us know whether you plan to attend, defer your graduation, or graduate in absentia (which means you’ll receive your award but won’t attend the ceremony). If you do not register, you will automatically graduate in absentia.

You’ll be allocated a ceremony based on your school or department, so make sure you make a note of which day/time your ceremony is. The ceremonies will all take place at David Ross Sports Village on University Park Campus between Tuesday 12 and Friday 15 December 2023.

If you have been affected by the marking and assessment boycott and have received confirmation you will graduate via inter-ceremony since August, you can still register to attend the in-person graduation in December.
