Graduation is the highlight of our academic year, and we are really looking forward to celebrating with you. Here's where you can find all the information you need to prepare for the celebrations.

What you need to do

Registration for winter graduation will open on 17 October. Here are a few key things you can do now to get ready for the event.

1. Check your ceremony date and time

Each school and department has a specific ceremony date and time, so make sure you check when yours is and make a note of the date.

2. Keep an eye on your emails

We will let you know when registration will open, along with detailed instructions on what you need to do.

3. Register how you'd like to graduate

Registration opens on 17 October. You will need to log in to NottinghamHub and complete the graduation form to let us know how you'd like to graduate.

To ensure we have your correct information, please log in to NottinghamHub with your university username and password, and check the following details are correct:

Full name – this will be printed on your certificate. If this is incorrect, you will need to follow these instructions.
Home address – this is the address we will send your certificate to
Home email address – this is where we will send the email instructions and log in for you to download a copy of your certificate
