Award Certificates and Records of Academic Achievement
Students graduating in 2021 will receive award certification via two ways.
We are pleased to offer an ePortal which gives you access to your certification information in a convenient and shareable way.
Following your graduation, look out for a direct email with the title “Welcome to PremierCert+”. This will give you a link to access the secure online graduate document portal. Using unique login details you will be able to view and download your information and share it with third parties.
A hard copy version of your Certificate and Diploma Supplement will be dispatched in August and will be posted to your home address as recorded on your MyNottingham record. This will be sent to you free of charge.
When will I receive my e-documents?
An email will be sent to you following graduation with a link and all the details you will need to access your e-documents.
Why will my link not work?
The link is not compatible with a mobile device – you must use a PC / laptop to access your e-documents.
You must use Google Chrome.
Please ensure all pop-ups are enabled.
What is the grey box on my e-cert?
This is where the hologram will be on your printed document. The hologram is an authenticator of the document.
When will I receive my hard copy documents?
These will be posted to the home address you have provided on MyNottingham in August 2021 via Royal Mail.
What do I do if there are any issues with my documents?
Please contact Student Services with details of the issue, your student ID and full name.
