Guest tickets

Each graduating student attending a ceremony can purchase up to two guest tickets during the registration process. Tickets cost £15 each and can be purchased from 10am on Wednesday 22 April until 12 noon on Friday 12 June.

Details on how to purchase tickets will be added to this webpage closer to the time.

Guest tickets will be issued in the form of wristbands, which will allow each guest entry to the ceremony hall. All tickets and guest wristbands will be handed out when you check-in on the day of your ceremony.

Children under the age of two can sit on the lap of the accompanying adult and don't require their own ticket.

 

Extra guest tickets

Depending on availability, extra guest tickets may be available to purchase from 10am on Wednesday 17 June until 5pm on Wednesday 24 June.

If you're eligible to purchase extra tickets online, you'll receive a booking link via email when sales open.

Important information:

  • Extra tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are, unfortunately, not guaranteed.
  • Ticket sales are limited for each ceremony, and the number of additional tickets available will depend on how many seats remain after the initial release. Extra ticket availability will be listed on this webpage.
  • Extra tickets cost £15 each, and payment can only be made by card.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and are for your use only. It is your responsibility to purchase the correct tickets for your ceremony. See our terms and conditions (1.5) for more information.
  • If any tickets remain after this round of sales, they may be available to purchase in person on the day of your ceremony for £15 each (card payment only). These will also be first-come, first served and subject to availability. We will update this webpage with details of availability closer to graduation. 

Live stream venue tickets

For those who are unable to purchase a ceremony hall ticket (or prefer a quieter venue), there is a live stream venue at East Midlands Conference Centre where you can watch the ceremony and then join in the celebrations at the post-ceremony event. Tickets cost £7.50 each and include a celebratory drink and sweet treat.

Live stream venue tickets may be available to purchase from 10am on Wednesday 17 June and also in person on the day of your ceremony, depending on availability.

If you're eligible to purchase live stream event tickets online, you'll receive a booking link via email.

Prefer to watch it from home?

The ceremonies will be streamed live and are free for you to view online. Please note, the live stream is only available in real time and will not be accessible after the event.
