What will I receive?
- An electronic degree certificate and transcript of your marks, sent by email
- A hard copy degree certificate
How do I receive my documents?
We will send your electronic documents to your personal email address and post your hard copy documents to your home address using Royal Mail tracked, unless you tell us you’d like to do something different. Please note, this service is not available for PO Box addresses, but alternative options are available (see below).

Your details
To ensure we have your correct information, please log in to NottinghamHub with your university username and password, and check the following details are correct:
- Your name - this will be printed on your certificate. If it's incorrect, you need to request a name change
- Home address - this is the address we will post your certificate to if you don't attend your ceremony
- Home email address - this is where we will send the email instructions and login details for you to download your electronic certificate
You have until 4.30pm on Friday 21 November to make changes to your name or address.
