Not attending?

There are many reasons why you may choose not to or be unable to attend a graduation ceremony.

If you are unable to attend your graduation ceremony, you can either:

• graduate in absentia and receive your certificate by post or collect it in person following the ceremonies
• defer your graduation until a later date. Please note, you can only defer your graduation date twice

You will receive an email to your university email address inviting you to register. You will then be able to log in to NottinghamHub and select the graduation tile. It's important to complete registration even if you're not attending, as this is where you check that your name and contact information are correct for your certificate.
