Library study space bookings increased

Friday, 02 October 2020
Since launching the new bookable study space service Click and Study, the Libraries team have been continually reviewing usage of the spaces, as well as student feedback.

Following this initial review, Libraries are now able to increase the number of bookings each student can have from two three-hour bookings per week to one three-hour booking per day. This increases the amount of bookable study time from six to twenty-one hours. You will be able to place additional bookings on Click and Study from 12pm on Monday 5 October.

It remains vital to provide you with safe and fair access to study space, so usage of the spaces will be continually reviewed and further changes may be made, including potentially lowering the limit, if needed.

Thank you for your patience as services are adapted in this challenging time, to best meet the needs of all students.

Dedicated study space in libraries is available for students referred by Disability Support Services.

Alternative study space is available across the University marked by ‘Study here’ signage. Read more on Current Students.
