Following a round of focus groups on race equality, we are running a second phase to further understand some of the perspectives and experiences shared around campus culture, discrimination, and teaching and learning. Each participant will receive a £15 Amazon voucher.
Phase two will have a greater focus on what the university can do to improve the experience of racially minoritised students.
The format of these focus groups will be an informal discussion with interactive elements. This will be a safe space for you to discuss your experiences and how we can improve racial equality and inclusion at the university.
You can sign up for either of the following online sessions:
- Tuesday 17 March, 2-3.30pm
- Thursday 19 March, 5-6.30pm
There are only 12 spots, and these are open to students who identify as racially minoritised or as being of the Global Majority.
To register to attend, please complete the focus groups registration form. Please only register if you are sure you are able to attend, as only those who participate will receive a voucher.
