The Spring term finishes on Friday 27 March and the Summer term will start on Monday 27 April. For more information on university closure dates, visit the key dates webpage.

The university will be closed from Friday 3 April to Monday 6 April (inclusive). Facilities on campus will experience reduced opening hours during the Easter break and may even close for some of this period.

Please note, a planned road closure by University Park Campus will affecting access to University Park and Jubilee campuses between Friday 27 and Monday 30 March.

No alteration in service hours for us – we’re closed on good Friday and easter Monday but otherwise it’s our usual offering.

University Park (Portland and Physics building) and Jubilee campus: Monday – Friday , 9am – 5pm

Sport Centres

All of our centres will be opening with altered hours during Easter weekend (3rd April - 6th April) and these are outlined below.

Please note, From Monday 30th March to Friday 3rd April, the health suite changing rooms and health suite showers will be closed for maintenance. Health suite visitors will be able to use the changing, showering, and toilet facilities via the main changing rooms at our swimming complex during this time.

The follow hopper buses will operate on non-term timetables between Saturday 28 March and Monday 28 April:

All remaining hopper bus timetables remain unchanged.

Libraries

Libraries on campus may have adjusted opening hours over the spring break and all libraries will close between Friday 3 and Monday 6 April (inclusive).

24/7 opening hours in George Green and Djanogly Learning Resource Centre will pause until Monday 20 April, however 24/7 opening hours continue at James Cameron-Gifford until Thursday 4 June.

If you require access to a 24/7 study space outside of library opening hours, the following spaces are open 24-hours, year-round.

• Sutton Bonington - the A Floor silent study space and the B Floor computer rooms at James Cameron-Gifford Library. These spaces can be accessed via the Main Building after the main library area is closed.
  
  
• Jubilee Campus - the computer room at the top of Djanogly LRC.
  
  
• Medical School - A18 Computer Room outside Greenfield Medical Library
