Want to become a world record breaker?

Monday, 01 March 2021
Help the University of Nottingham make its way into the record books in celebration of University Mental Health Day.

University Mental Health Day takes place on Thursday 4 March and, to celebrate, the Faculty of Science is inviting all students to help in their attempt to break the world record for the most people to take an online mental health awareness lesson in 24 hours.

The current record stands at 1,622 so we’re looking for as much support as possible – this is something that everyone can get involved in. This will be an official Guinness World Records attempt.

How to take part

All you need to do is complete an online lesson between 12pm (GMT) 4 March and 12pm (GMT) 5 March. The lesson lasts approximately 45 minutes and you can take it at any point during this 24-hour period.

The lesson will be made available at the link below from 12pm on Thursday 4 March. You will need an active Moodle account, which you can log into with your university username and password.
