Practice Educator Student Feedback Training

2 students talking cropped2

Join us for a focussed, interactive session designed to enhance your confidence and effectiveness in giving feedback to student dietitians.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the workshop, you will:

  1. Understand the value of developmental feedback in clinical education
  2. Explore practical feedback models to support student growth
  3. Distinguish between debriefing and feedback - and when to use each
  4. Learn strategies for timing feedback and managing conflict
  5. Reflect on how to apply these skills in your own practice

Open to all practice educators supporting dietetic students. Sessions will run every few months.

The second of three sessions Emma Parsons will be leading during this academic year will be held on 26th November, with each building on the learning of the last. If you were unable to attend the first session on 18th September but wish to register for the 26th November training, we will send you the recording from the 18th.
