Purpose of the conference

  • Knowledge exchange through dialogue
  • To share practical experience and academic research knowledge
  • To consider how this might be applied in the day-to-day world of schools
  • To meet and engage with colleagues from different countries

The main purpose of the conference is to create a platform for dialogue, networking and knowledge sharing between school leaders and academic scholars from across the world. By co-hosting the conference with currently serving school leaders at different levels and from schools in diverse socio-economic contexts, the conference will provide the perfect opportunity for both academics and school leaders to engage in discussions and debate about current issues important to the learning and achievement of adults and children in schools.

This event will comprise keynote, paper and workshop sessions that look to provide a fresh perspective on recurring and new leadership topics that are essentially concerned with inspiring and improving the quality and outcomes of learning in schools. School visits will also be arranged on the first day of the conference.
