International Women's Day 2020

A diverse and equal world is an enabled world

The School of Education invites staff and students of all genders to attend this event in celebration of International Women’s Day. The theme for this year’s event is #EachforEqual. Our mission is to champion women of all backgrounds who dare to innovate, lead, challenge sexism and inequality, uplift others and build community across diversity and difference to create a more equal and inclusive workplace. Women from all areas and levels of work will share their experiences, their achievements, but also challenges they face.

The event will also include activities around common biases women experience, and taking action for diversity and equality in the workplace

Light refreshments will be provided.

This event is hosted by the School of Education. Students and staff of all genders are welcome to attend the event.
