We are delighted to launch the 2022 - 2023 Black and Global Majority Beginner Teacher Network, aimed at trainee teachers who are from diverse non-White ethnic groups.
The network is hosted by Shonagh Reid who is an Equality and Diversity Education Consultant and an experienced teacher. The network is designed to bring together Black and Global Majority teachers in the early stages of their career. We have half termly meetings which provide opportunities to network with like-minded professionals, hear from teachers and leaders in the profession, and to ask questions and seek advice.
The first meeting is led by Shonagh and will explore why a network is important and what you will gain from joining it.
