Professor Roisin Corcoran has been invited to speak at the upcoming "Innovations to Transform Teaching Practices" event on February 25 at the World Bank HQ Washington, DC.
The event will discuss the lessons learned from applying Teach to over 10,000 classrooms. It will feature a discussion on how to move beyond diagnostics to improve support to teachers and ensure learning for all. This event will be opened by Global Director, Jaime Saavedra, and will include a moderated panel by Dave Evans, where several experts, including Matt Kraft, Jacobus Cilliers, Roisin Corcoran, and Yyannu Cruz Aguayo, will discuss how policymakers can most effectively improve teaching practices in low- and middle-income countries.
The event will be live-streamed 2.30-4pm GMT, and people can join for free by registering.
