Gary Mills delivers guest lecture at Virginia Tech

Gary Mills, Associate Professor of History Education gave a guest lecture to the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences at Virginia Tech on 3 March 2022. 

Gary spoke about The Eye as Witness project, co-produced by the National Holocaust Centre and Museum and a team of academics from the University of Nottingham. 

While thanking Gary, Professor David Hicks from Virginia Tech stated "We really enjoyed hearing about your transdisciplinary research and collaborations in the Eye as Witness project. It is a fascinating and powerful project and provided a great example to inspire our students as they begin the process of designing their own projects using creative technologies to visualize the past in new ways. We really appreciate your willingness to support our students and offer your expert insights in this new co-taught transdisciplinary course".
