Dr Manny Madriaga is a panel guest at ICARE for Social Justice Spring Summit Conference

Dr Manny Madriaga was part of a University of Nottingham delegation taking part in the ICARE for Social Justice Spring Summit Conference 2023 on 9-13 May 2023.

Dr Madriaga contributed to a panel titled 'Radical Humanisation in the Post-Secondary Classroom', where he discussed race equity, alternative assessment methods, and student wellbeing.

The conference was hosted by our Universitas 21 partner, University of Connecticut. Colleagues travelled across the planet to analyse, assess, and design important considerations for establishing a global strategy and framework for advancing equity for racially and ethnically minoritised communities in education research, praxis, and policy.
