Sustainable School Leadership Final Report

The final report (PDF) is now available for the Sustainable School Leadership project led by Professor Toby Greany and University of Nottingham colleagues, Professor Pat Thomson and Dr Mike Collins, with Dr Tom Perry from Warwick University.

This three-year project funded by UK Research and Innovation and ESRC Education Research Programme explored the training, supply, retention, and wider sustainability of senior school leadership across England, Northern Ireland and Scotland. A national technical report has been published for each country.

A podcast series with guests including policy makers, researchers and school leaders discussing specific themes of the project is also available.
