Nicola and Rosie have built Student Minds, the UK’s leading student mental health charity. Empowering students and members of university communities to look after their own mental health, support others and create change, Student Minds works with universities across the UK.
A lecturer in psychology at Kings College London, Nicola founded the charity in 2009 before supporting Rosie to take on the role of CEO in 2015.
Rosie has taken the charity from strength to strength and today the charity is a national force, driving change within the sector.
