Record Storage Facility

Notice as of Friday 23rd August 2019:

The Record Storage Facility (Archive) at Kings Meadow is full. In order to create space it is necessary to review the current box holdings. Box collections will be stopped for at least 4 weeks while this work is undertaken. A notice will be posted here and on the Archive Collection Form once space has been created and boxes can be collected once more. Box returns will not be affected.

A secure and dedicated record storage facility is located at the King's Meadow Campus, for the storage of 'Box Files'. This facility has been designed for medium to long term record storage purposes.

To request the collection of your record boxes please complete our box 'Collection Request Form' opposite. If you later wish for a box to be returned or its contents viewed within our secure 'Reading Room', you will need to complete our 'Box Return Request Form'.
