Biographical details

Born in 1814, Argentina, he was imprisoned in 1835 and went to the United States (Salem, Massachusetts) on his release. He survived an attack of smallpox then joined other exiles in Montevideo and wrote against Rosas in El Nacional newspaper. He wrote Rosas y sus opositores. He died in 1845. (Coaster, 116)
