Are you interested in research areas to do with digital identity and personal data?
Have you got an excellent first degree in computer science, engineering, human factors, psychology, sociology, business, geography, social science and the arts?
Horizon studentship offers an integrated teaching and industrial placement experience that will enhance your understanding of your chosen pathway and develop your workplace skills, experience and confidence.
You will benefit from
- A fully-funded four-year PhD programme with research training in interdisciplinary skills.
- At least one internship with one of our partners (local or international industries).
- An enhanced stipend of £16,000 per annum as well as a personal laptop
The Satellite Applications Catapult, a world-class centre for development and commercial exploitation of space and satellite-based products, is especially interested in research areas to do with:
- Using personal data to configure navigation support for blind and partially sighted people
- Personal movement profiles for more sustainable buildings
