School of Health Sciences

Our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses are developed in partnership with NHS colleagues and education providers, with input from users and carers.

Designed for health, allied health and social care professionals who are looking to increase or update their knowledge and skills in the specific area that they work in, or those who wish to explore new areas and develop a broader skills-set.

We have expertise across a diverse subject area within the healthcare sector including nursing, midwifery and a range of allied health and social care professions. You will learn using a combination of interactive digital learning alongside live sessions supported by staff who are passionate about improving care.

We integrate research evidence, informed clinical decision making and management of change to transform practice and enhance quality patient and client outcomes. We offer a flexible approach to teaching and learning - you can study either part or full time, choosing from masterclasses, standalone courses, or as part of a full programme at degree or masters level.
