Staff Annual Diversity Report
The Staff Annual Diversity Report documents and summarises key trends in relation to the University’s performance in the areas of equality and diversity, with an aim of highlighting successes and informing the planning process to target areas where improvements should be made.
The report presents employee profile data by gender, ethnicity, disability and age.
In addition to the trend date described above, the report also presents an opportunity to summarise the main activities over the previous year and set out broad areas of activity planned for the coming year (with detailed commitments and targets contained in the various action plans associated with the equality schemes).
