Staff and students can download Microsoft Office applications for free.

Using Office 365

Office 365 can be accessed in two ways; via a web browser or by using the Office apps on your personal or work devices.

If using a browser; we recommend using Edge or Chrome. Other browsers such as Safari, Opera, or Firefox may work, but with limited features as these are not supported by Microsoft.

To keep your data safe, we recommend starting your work on the web or within Teams and then moving to the full Office application if you require additional functionality. This good practice ensures that your data is recoverable, updates in real time and you can be safe in the knowledge your data will be fully secure.
